In Memoriam Gift

Memorial donations are a significant way for you to remember someone special and to tell others how much this person meant to you.

You can make a donation in memory of a loved one online or mail your gift to:

Please use this form to include the name of the honouree, and the contact information for their family if you would like us to send a letter to them in acknowledgment of your special gift.

Families may also consider asking for donations to Cottage Farm in lieu of flowers upon the passing of a loved one.

In Celebration Gift

Celebrate your wedding, birthday, graduation, anniversary or other special occasion by asking friends and family for donations to the Cottage Farm in lieu of presents. You can also make a donation in lieu of favours to honour your guests for your special day.

A card recognizing the gift will be sent to the recipient of the In Celebration gift.
